Puffy Sleeve SUPER Fitted Top/Jacket. -- This may be worn as a blouse or jacket. It has a FITTED look and is supposedd to fit tight. HOWEVER, you may want to size up if you want a little room OR you want to layer. I am wearing the XL and am a Size 12/14. 
 
Sizes: XL-4XL. No smaller sizes are made in this item.
