We are an AUTHORIZED vendor of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
“Buyer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is purchasing paraphernalia and other goods (collectively “Goods”) that bears Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (“Sorority”) logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks for a member of the Sorority. Buyer understands and agrees that a non-member is not supposed to purchase, own or possess such items except I may purchase such items for the benefit of an active member, and as a condition to being allowed to purchase such Goods, he/she agrees that Sorority retains all rights and ownership in the underlying Goods that bear Sorority logos, copyrights and trademarks. Thus, such Goods may not be resold by Buyer directly or indirectly; on-line via a third-party (including but not limited to ebay.com, amazon.com, etsy.com, pinterest, etc…) or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Buyer’s right to possess the Goods; the immediate vesting of the Sorority right to possess the Goods; and acknowledgement to third party(ies) that the Sorority has the immediate right to remove such items bearing the Sorority Marks and the subsequent surrender of the Goods to the Sorority.”

How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order on our PinkNGreenGirl site, use our secure PayPal link to place items into your shopping cart. Please make sure to select the correct Size/Color when placing orders. You may also contact us directly via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is made via PayPal or through your Credit/Debit card. Items will be processed and shipped within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS, excluding holidays, weekends, and when we are Out of Office for exhibition shows/business expansion. (Please check our IMPORTANT MESSAGES on the Home page for updates to ordering and shipping). Our items are indiviudally made by hand/made to order. We do not use mass production techniques, making each and every shirt individual attention. For us, it's not about the mass quantity of our shirts, but our quality and uniqueness of product. If ordering for a group, please allow 15 business days.
IF ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK or PRE-ORDERS, THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE LONGER AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR UPDATES. WE ONLY OFFER SHIPPING TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. You may contact us to have items shipped internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska..SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES WILL APPLY.

Group and Custom Orders
You can customize any of our styles with Line Name/Chapter, etc using GLITTER for no minimum amount. (If you desire an original design, please contact us...we will offer rhinestone or original glitter designs for group orders with minimums of 25 paid shirts). There are no exchanges or returns on custom items. If ordering for a group, please allow 15 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
All returns due to wrong size ordered are subject to a 20% restocking fee and if item is still available for exchange. Shipping is at your expense. If in doubt...size UP. Always check the measurement charts or contact us if you still have questions.
If a defected product, please contact us via email and a picture of the defect and you will be able to return for no charge.
We offer a 30-DAY day return and exchange policy of a never worn item IF ORDERED ONLINE. Just return the item exactly as it was received (in the packaging) and we will gladly give you a full refund (minus original shipping charges) or exchange the item for the size or color that you prefer (while supplies last). Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at your expense, unless a defect. PURCHASES MADE DURING EVENTS/CONFERENCES MAY BE EXCHANGED DURING CONFERENCE HOURS ONLY. ALL SALES DURING CONFERENCES ARE FINAL.
How do I return my product?
Before returning merchandise to VMB Business Incentives, Ltd./PinkNGreenGirl , you are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email ONLY at email@example.com. Please state the type of item returning, the size, color and reason for retturning. Returns without an RMA number attached on the package will not be accepted; we will not be responsible for losses of any kind.

*** Closeout items and special sale items (anything discounted 30% or more from the MSRP/ORIGINAL RETAIL price or customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a manufacturer issue. All sales are final on these items.
When will my return be processed?
Most returns are processed within 5 business days once the merchandise is received and properly checked for damage.It is the customer's responsibility to send the merchandise back to us. VMB Business Incentives, Ltd./PinkNGreenGirl only pays for return shipping for mishandled (wrong item shipped) or defective merchandise.
