2. Unless otherwise posted on this website, our normal shipping time frame is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after placing order. This excludes weekends and holidays OR if you are a part of a GROUP ORDER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE ITEMS ARE IN THE HANDS of the SHIPPERS (UPS or USPS). These original designs are custom-made or curated with the Fashionista in mind. Our shoes are made-to-order and there are normally "ordering phases". Don't miss out because as you can see, once the phase has ended, we do not normally get more in house.
