These shirts can be worn as a scoop neck or you can place it off of the shoulder.  It runs to size, however, if you like it to hang more off the shoulder, size up by one. It does have stretch and a softness. Please check the measurement chart as everyone's shoulders or chest area may be different for the look you would like to create.
