This is the same type jogger that Xi Nu Omega purchased in 2020. If you have that jogger, base your size on that...if NOT, PLEASE use the measurement chart. In my opinion, they run to size. I usually wear a 12/14 and have purchased the size large (but I can also wear an XL). HOWEVER, I will say that joggers over 3xl run small so if ordering a 3xl, 4xl , size up by one).
