2. Booties take 10 weeks to make/deliver from the shoe manufacturer and will be perfect to kick off the new year. 
3. After placing order, if you need to change the size, you have 24 hours to contact us via email/website chat with your ORDER # and request.

Check the chart to measure your foot (width and heel to toe) to ensure that you are selecting the right size. Personally, I always up-size by 1/2 size due to the narrow toe and the heel. 
 
Returns/Exchanges:
Because these are pre-order/made-to-order according to your size, refunds/exchanges will NOT be accepted. Only shoes ordered will be made by the shoe manufacturer. However, you can return to us for store credit - shipping fee is the repsonsibility of the customer.-------------------------

1. Sizes run "to-size" but we also advise to PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHART... Double click the chart to enlarge image. It's always a good practice to go up by 1/2 sizes for pointy toes and heels. These shoes are a Regular Width...NOT WIDE.
