1. Last day for Phase 3 Pre-Orders 10/31/24 - 11:59pm CST. 
2. Booties take 10 weeks to make/deliver from the shoe manufacturer and will be perfect to kick off the new year. 
3. After placing order, if you need to change the size, you have 24 hours to contact us via email/website chat with your ORDER # and request.
 
*Please NOTE: The show manufacturer requires a minimum group purchase from my company. If w3e do not receive that minimum by November 1st, we will NOT be able to go forth with order and all pre-purchase money will be refunded at that point. You will be notified.

Because these are pre-order/made-to-order according to your size, refunds/exchanges will NOT be accepted. Only shoes ordered will be made by the shoe manufacturer. However, you can return to us for store credit - shipping fee is the repsonsibility of the customer.
